Pro Hauling LLC offers junk removal, hauling, and disposal services. By engaging in our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

All contractors working with Pro Hauling LLC must sign a provider agreement contract, which is mandatory to ensure clear expectations regarding roles, responsibilities, and standards of service.

Opt-In: By opting in to receive messaging from Pro Hauling LLC, you consent to receive notifications, updates, scheduling reminders, promotional messages, and other service-related communications. This option helps keep you informed about upcoming services, special offers, and other relevant information.

Opt-Out: If you choose to opt out of messaging, you will not receive promotional or general updates. However, we may still contact you as needed for essential service notifications, including confirmations, cancellations, or critical information related to scheduled services.

Changing Preferences: You can change your messaging preferences at any time by contacting us directly or by using the designated communication method provided in our messages (e.g., "Unsubscribe" link in emails).

Payments for services are due upon completion unless previously arranged. We only accept debit and credit card payments from residential clients, and by agreeing to these terms, you agree to our payment and refund policies.

Pro Hauling LLC is committed to quality service; however, we are not liable for any damages caused by contractors. Independent contractors are fully responsible for any damages resulting from their work, actions, or negligence, we require all of our independent contractors to have insurance. Pro Hauling LLC is only liable for damages on jobs completed directly by our employees. Any claims related to employee-conducted services must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Pro Hauling LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as necessary without notice. Clients and contractors will be notified of any significant changes via email or direct communication.
